Betje / Bella Weijl-de Leeuw (Almelo 22.09.1880 – Auschwitz 19.10.1942) in the central beach basket, ca. 1910-1915. The identity of the other three persons is unknown – perhaps you recognize someone?
Bella was the first child of Louis de Leeuw (1851-1931) and Elise Zilverberg (1850-1922). In May 1901 she married a cattle trader from Oldenzaal, Maurits (Mau) Weijl and with him from 1902 to 1917 she had three sons.
